Parent Licensed Software definition

Parent Licensed Software means the Software customizations and customer-specific integrations for Oracle, HRIS, CRM, Auth XPO, Elastic XRT and corporate BI (including the Oracle Hub proprietary platform), in object code form, developed by Parent or its Subsidiaries prior to the Distribution in connection with the operation of the SpinCo Business.
Parent Licensed Software means all software (other than Parent Proprietary Software) used by the Parent and its subsidiaries.

Examples of Parent Licensed Software in a sentence

  • Section 3.1 License to SpinCo Licensees of Parent Licensed Software.

  • Promptly following the date hereof, Parent shall provide or cause to be provided the Parent Licensed Software to the SpinCo Licensees in all existing forms, including in source code or modifiable form.

  • The use of the Parent Licensed Software and the use of the Parent Proprietary Software does not breach any terms of any license or other contract between Parent or any of its subsidiaries and any third party that would have a Parent Material Adverse Effect.
