Parent IT Systems definition

Parent IT Systems means the hardware, software, data communication lines, network and telecommunications equipment, Internet-related information technology infrastructure, wide area network and other information technology equipment, owned or controlled by Parent or its Subsidiaries.
Parent IT Systems means any and all Software, hardware, servers, networks and other information technology and data communications infrastructure, equipment, systems and services that are owned, leased, licensed or used by Parent or any of its Subsidiaries.
Parent IT Systems has the meaning set forth in Section 4.21.

Parent IT Systems means the software, hardware, computer systems, telecommunications equipment and systems, and Internet and intranet sites that are used or relied on by Parent and its Subsidiaries in the conduct of their business.
Parent IT Systems means all software, computer hardware, servers, networks, platforms, peripherals, and similar or related items of automated, computerized, or other information technology networks and systems (including telecommunications networks and systems for voice, data, and video) owned, leased, licensed, or used (including through cloud-based or other third-party service providers) by Parent or any of its Subsidiaries.
Parent IT Systems means the information technology systems owned, leased or licensed by each of the Parent Entities.
Parent IT Systems means all IT Systems used or held for use in the operation of the business of Parent and the Parent Subsidiaries, including pursuant to outsourced or cloud computing arrangements.

  • Company IT Systems means all software, computer hardware, servers, networks, platforms, peripherals, and similar or related items of automated, computerized, or other information technology networks and systems (including telecommunications networks and systems for voice, data, and video) owned, leased, licensed, or used (including through cloud-based or other third-party service providers) by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Company IT Assets means computers, Software, firmware, middleware, servers, workstations, routers, hubs, switches, data communications lines, and all other information technology equipment, and all associated documentation, in each case, used or held for use by a member of the Company Group.
