Parent IDs definition
Parent IDs means all invention disclosures owned by the Parent Group or the SpinCo Group as of immediately prior to the Distribution, other than the SpinCo IDs.
Parent item means the item assembly, intermediate component, or subassembly that has an embedded item with a unique item identifier or DoD recognized unique identification equivalent.
Parent means a “parent corporation,” whether now or hereafter existing, as defined in Section 424(e) of the Code.
Merger Sub 2 has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Parent Capital Stock means Parent Common Stock and Parent Preferred Stock.
Parent Parties has the meaning set forth in ARTICLE V.
