Parent Customer includes any current or prospective customer of Parent or any of its Subsidiaries and anyone who is a direct, indirect, or beneficial owner, shareholder, employee, director, officer, individual consultant, distributor, reseller, agent, or end-user of a current or prospective customer of Parent or any of its Subsidiaries.

Parent Customer means a customer or client of Parent or an Affiliate of Parent, including any investment adviser with customer accounts custodied at Parent or an Affiliate of Parent.

Examples of Parent Customer in a sentence

  • Neither Parent nor any of the Parent Subsidiaries has received any written notice from any Significant Parent Customer that such Person (i) will not continue as a customer or distributor of Parent or any Parent Subsidiary after the Merger, (ii) intends to terminate or materially modify existing Contracts or relationships with Parent or any Parent Subsidiary, or (iii) intends to materially reduce the amount of business conducted with Parent and the Parent Subsidiaries.

  • Each Significant Parent Customer is listed on Section 5.11 of the Parent Disclosure Schedules.
