Parcom means Parcom Buy Out Fund II B.V. and any of its Affiliates.
Parcom means, collectively, Parcom ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ 2 S.à ▇.▇., a société à responsabilité limitée organized under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and Parcom Buy Out Fund II B.V., a company incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands recorded with the Register of the Chamber of Commerce of Gooi en Eemland under the number 32123585.
Parcom is defined in the preamble to this Agreement.
