Parcel or Parcels definition

Parcel or Parcels means individually or collectively the Credit Union Parcel, the Pilot Treatment Plant Parcel, the Integrated Treatment Facility Parcel and the Main Parcel.
Parcel or Parcels means an area identified on the PD Plan for development of a particular type of Intended Use that is not an individually developable lot.

  • The lien of all Mortgages affecting any Parcel or Parcels owned by any Restricted Owner shall at all times be subject and subordinate to all of the terms, covenants, conditions and obligations set forth in this Declaration, and to any amendments or modifications hereof.

  • Each Owner's share of the total ▇▇▇▇ shall be determined by multiplying the total ▇▇▇▇ by a fraction, the numerator of which is the Parcel Area of the Owner's Parcel or Parcels served by the facility, and the denominator of which is the Parcel Area of all Parcels served by the facility.

  • If a Mortgagee delivers written notice of its Mortgage to the Board together with a request for notices of default with respect to the Parcel or Parcels encumbered by the Mortgage, the Association shall deliver copies of all such notices of default to such Mortgagee (a "Requesting Mortgagee") concurrently with delivery to the Owner or Owners.

  • Except as otherwise provided herein and subject to Section 8(d) below, each Owner shall be responsible to maintain, in good order, condition and repair (i) the Parcel or Parcels owned by such Owner, and (ii) the improvements located thereon (but specifically excluding the Buildings) and the equipment and other facilities located thereon, but only to the extent that such improvements, equipment and/or other facilities located thereon are the subject of any Easements granted hereunder.

  • Each Unit Leasing Record shall give a full description of the Parcel or Parcels of Property or Unit or Units of Equipment covered thereby, the Acquisition Cost of each such Parcel or Unit, the Initial Term, Extended Term and Renewal Term for each such Parcel or Unit, the Monthly Rent Component with respect to each such Parcel or Unit, its location and such other details as the Lessor and the Lessee may from time to time agree.
