Parcel Declaration definition
Parcel Declaration means any declaration of condominium, declaration of protective covenants, or similar instrument recorded in the Cobb County, Georgia land records, which subjects all or a portion of the land within such Parcel to covenants, restrictions, and easements in addition to those contained in this Declaration.
