PARC definition

PARC means the acronym for Prudential's cash flow controller. PARC is a front-end system that establishes a receivable database, matches premium Remittances received to this database and creates premium Remittance transactions that are forwarded to the policy administration systems.
PARC means Palo Alto Research Center, Incorporated, a Delaware corporation.
PARC shall have the meaning given such term in the Recitals.
