Paratransit Services means services and facilities operated or provided by a Public Passenger Transportation System offering more flexible service than Conventional Transit Services. Paratransit Service is a blend of Conventional Transit Services and Custom Transit Services providing service to able bodied transit passengers as well as Registered Users using the same Revenue Service Vehicles that deviate periodically from their fixed route and fixed schedules to provide on demand point to point service;
