Paratransit Services means services and facilities operated or provided by a Public Passenger Transportation System offering more flexible service than Conventional Transit Services.   • Any action taken by the MCTD pursuant to this Section in response to the Contractor’s failure to perform shall not preclude the MCTD from subsequently finding the Contractor in default of the Marin Access Paratransit Services Contract for the same or any related failure to perform.
