Parameter Change definition

Parameter Change means a change, event or circumstance in relation to: Manner of use of the Premises by the Customer; Hours of operation for the Premises or for any Existing Equipment, Equipment or energy using systems operating at the Premises set out in Schedule 7 (Energy Savings Measurement and Verification Plan) and Schedule 14 (ESCO’s Proposal); Permanent changes in the Standards of Comfort set out in Schedule 8 (Standards & Specifications); Occupancy of the Premises set out in Schedule 7 (Energy Savings Measurement and Verification Plan); Structure of the Premises; Types, ratings and quantities of equipment used at the Premises as specified in Schedule 5 (Existing Equipment); Modification, renovation, demolition or construction at the Premises.
Parameter Change means a change to a Parameter;

Examples of Parameter Change in a sentence

  • The Customer shall use its best endeavours to provide the ESCO with written notice identifying all actual or proposed Parameter Changes at least seven (7) Business Days before any actual or proposed Parameter Change is implemented or occurs.

  • Notice to the ESCO of Parameter Changes which result because of a bona fide emergency or other situation which prevents advanced notification shall be deemed to be sufficient if the Customer provides such notice within twenty four (24) hours after having actual knowledge that the event constituting the Parameter Change occurred or was discovered by the Customer to have occurred.

  • Any disagreement as to whether any Registered Technical Parameter Change requires Regulatory Approval shall be referred to the JMC for resolution in accordance with Section 2.4.5 of the Collaboration Agreement.

  • If either Party provides notice of a change in any Registered Technical Parameter (each, a “Registered Technical Parameter Change”), the other Party shall promptly advise as to whether it believes such Registered Technical Parameter Change requires Regulatory Approval in the ARIAD Territory in the case of ARIAD or the MERCK Territory in the case of MERCK.

Related to Parameter Change

  • Material Change in Formula means the occurrence since the Launch Date of a material change in the formula for, or the method of, calculating the Reference Price.

  • Program change means any elimination, curtailment, or reorganization of a curriculum offering, program, or school operation or a reorganization or consolidation of two or more individual schools or school districts that is unrelated to financial exigency.

  • Scope Change means any change to the scope of a contract to accommodate a need not originally provided for in the contract and which may include the acquisition of additional deliverables or the extension of the term of the contract and which may require an adjustment to the contract price;

  • Change in Use means altering the purpose of an existing room, within the facility, that requires structural changes.

  • Service Change has the meaning set forth in Section 2(B) of the Agreement.
