Paralleling definition

Paralleling means a Network Support Infrastructure that runs adjacent to and alongside the lines of a Railroad for no more than one mile, or another distance agreed to by the parties, after which the Network Support Infrastructure crosses the Railroad lines, terminates, or exits the Railroad right- of-way.
Paralleling means participating in the pursuit by proceeding in the same direction and maintaining approximately the same speed while traveling on an alternate street or highway that parallels the pursuit route.
Paralleling means locating a proposed linear facility directly adjacent to or overlapping the right-of-way of an existing linear utility, transportation or communication facility.
