PAPSCA definition
PAPSCA means the Alleviation of Poverty and Social Costs of Adjustment Project, as set out in Schedule 2 to the Development Credit Agreement (Credit Number 2088 UG) between the Borrower and the Association dated February 8, 1990;
PAPSCA means the Borrower’s Program for the Alleviation of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and the Social Costs of Adjustment;
