Paperless Purchasing means a computerized purchasing system that does away with hard copy (paper) purchase requisitions and purchase orders. Instead, the computer screen is used to transmit information regarding purchase transactions to all company functions or activities such as Receiving or Accounts Payable, which must be advised.
