Is also responsible for the general cleanliness of the dining room. May assist in setting up buffet tables and in replenishing food items. CAFETERIA ATTENDANT: Is normally assigned to work in the employees’ cafeteria as a Bushelp and performs basically the same duties. Is also responsible for supplying the cafeteria with silverware, dishes, glassware, condiments and other essential items. CASHIER/HOST/HOSTESS: Performs dual function as a Food & Beverage Cashier and Host/Hostess. As a Host/Hostess is responsible for the operation and cleanliness of the dining room. Assists in the direction of Waithelp and Bushelp. Checks tables to see that they are properly set; assists Food Service personnel in emergencies; greets and seats guests, and issues menus. As a Cashier, performs same duties as required of the Food & Beverage Cashier (see appropriate Job Description).
