Panel (wood) definition

Panel (wood) means a component forming part of a door but distinguished from the rest of the surface by being raised above or sunken below the general level of the door.

  • Sailboat means the same as that term is defined in Section 73-18-2.

  • Electric bicycle means a "class 1 electric bicycle," a "class 2 electric bicycle," or a "class 3 electric bicycle" as defined in this section.

  • Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.

  • Specialty coating means a coating that, even though it meets the definition of a primer, topcoat or self priming topcoat, has additional performance criteria beyond those of primers, topcoats and self-priming topcoats for specific applications. Such performance criteria may include, but are not limited to, temperature or fire resistance, substrate compatibility, antireflection, temporary protection or marking, sealing, adhesion or enhanced corrosion protection;

  • Residential care means the provision of care on a 24-hour day basis.
