Examples of Panel Physician in a sentence
The Panel Physician shall make a determination of the relevant fitness to play issue and evidence such determination in writing, which shall be provided to the Player, the PWHLPA, the PWHL, and the Team no later than forty-eight (48) hours after the completion of the examination.
If the Panel Physician determines that the Player is fit to play, and the Player continues to elect not to play, the PWHL may suspend compensation under the Player’s SPA and/or terminate the SPA.
