Examples of Panel Customer in a sentence

  • Where the Conflict of Interest can be addressed to the reasonable satisfaction of the Panel Customer (such as agreeing appropriate ethical walls) the Supplier shall implement the agreed measures before commencing or continuing any Ordered Panel Services.

  • Any variation to the Charges payable under a Legal Services Contract must be agreed between the Supplier and the relevant Panel Customer and implemented in accordance with the provisions applicable to the Legal Services Contract.

  • It is the Parties' intention that there will be no obligation for any Panel Customer to award any Legal Services Contract under this Panel Agreement during the Panel Period.

  • Where a Panel Customer stipulates additional requirements to the BCDR Plan during a Further Competition Procedure these will be set out in the Order Form.

  • In providing the Ordered Panel Services, all Suppliers shall follow the legal risk guidance of the relevant Panel Customer as amended from time to time.
