  • Where the Conflict of Interest can be addressed to the reasonable satisfaction of the Panel Customer (such as agreeing appropriate ethical walls) the Supplier shall implement the agreed measures before commencing or continuing any Ordered Panel Services.

  • In providing the Ordered Panel Services, all Suppliers shall follow the legal risk guidance of the relevant Panel Customer as amended from time to time.

  • Where a Panel Customer stipulates additional requirements to the BCDR Plan during a Further Competition Procedure these will be set out in the Order Form.

  • Where a Conflict of Interest arises prior to the commencement of, or during, a Legal Services Contract, the Supplier shall notify the Panel Customer as soon as reasonably practicable.

The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.

  • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.

Excludes customers on rate schedules for fixed usage and unmetered service (Schedules LS-1, LS-2, OL-1, TC-1, Wi-Fi-1, and WTR).
