Pandilla significa un grupo que: (a) Consta de tres o más personas; (b) tiene un liderazgo identificable; y (c) de forma continua, conspira regularmente y actúa de manera concertada principalmente con fines delictivos. 1. Portar, poseer, usar, distribuir o vender ropa, joyas, emblemas, insignias, pañuelos, símbolos, letreros, grafitis, tatuajes o cualquier otro artículo que sea evidencia de membresía o asociación con una pandilla. Ejemplos de esto pueden incluir camisetas que contengan números o insignias que representen una afiliación conocida a pandillas. 2. Cometer cualquier acto, ya sea verbal o no verbal (gestos, apretones ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, escritos, etc.) que muestre membresía o asociación con una pandilla y/o para promover el interés de cualquier pandilla o actividad relacionada con pandillas. 3.
