Panasia definition

Panasia means, collectively, Panasia Bank, National Association, a national banking association with its head office located in Fort Lee, New Jersey, and Panasia IC, ta▇▇▇ as a whole. Panasia Benefit Plan menas each of the plans, programs and arrangements listed on Panasia Disclosure Schedule 3.13(b).

  • The allowance for loan losses shown, and to be shown, on the balance sheets contained in the Panasia Financial Statements have been, and will be, established in accordance with GAAP and all applicable regulatory criteria.
