PAMC and the AaNA are parties to a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).

A newly-hired ANP/CNS staff member (who was hired AFTER May 1, 2002) shall be placed on the salary schedule in accordance with Article 7 – Compensation – of the Negotiated Agreement and the following formula: Any RN currently employed by PAMC who is on “educational leave of absence” to obtain Advance Nurse Practitioner credentials, upon their return to PAMC, Shall be placed on the ANP/CNS salary schedule in accordance with the formula stated in line item 4.
