Paizo definition

Paizo or “we”) owns all trademarks and copyrights in and to all editions of the Pathfinder and Starfinder role playing games and universes, as well as any other editions or games published by Paizo now or in the future (the “Games,” individually, a “Game.”). You further acknowledge and agree that Paizo owns all trademarks and copyrights in and to the Pathfinder First Edition Compatibility Logo, the Pathfinder Second Edition Compatibility Logo, the Starfinder First Edition Compatibility Logo, and the Starfinder Second Edition Compatibility Logo (the “Compatibility Logos”), as well as the Pathfinder-Icons font (“Font”). You agree not to contest Paizo’s ownership of any intellectual property rights in or to the Games, Compatibility Logos, or Font during the term of this License or thereafter. You also agree not to create or use any names or trademarks similar enough to our trademarks that consumers could be confused about whether your material was produced by or on behalf of Paizo.
