PAIG definition

PAIG means Programme d’Activits d’Interet General, the Borrower’s public interest program which benefits members of the population who are able-bodied and with no income, established pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 94-08 of the Borrower, dated May 26, 1994, as the same may be amended from time to time;

  • PAIA means the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000;

  • Growler means any fillable, sealable container complying with federal law.

  • Sproule means Sproule Associates Limited;

  • Qard means a contract of lending money whereby the borrower is obliged to repay the equivalent amount to lender.

  • Summer Season in any year, means the Season commencing on 01 April in that year;
