Paid Offering definition

Paid Offering means either a Paid Application or an In-App Product.
Paid Offering means an Offering for which User Fees are charged for Customers’ use of the Offering through the Marketplace. Paid Offerings do not include BYOL Offerings.

  • Each Paid Offering is further governed by the additional terms and conditions that are specific to the Paid Offering covered by the applicable Addendum.

  • By using such Third Party Applications in connection with a Paid Offering, Customer hereby authorizes Tines to allow such Third Party Application to access Customer Data as necessary for the interoperation of the Paid Offering and the Third Party Application.

  • If Customer purchases a Paid Offering, Customer agrees to pay all fees specified in the Order using one of the payment methods Supplier supports.

  • Except as otherwise specified in this Agreement or in the Order, (a) fees are quoted and payable in United States dollars, (b) fees are based on Paid Offering purchased, regardless of actual usage, and (c) payment obligations are non-cancelable and fees paid are non-refundable.

  • Nothing herein shall limit Reuter’s or its affiliates’ ability to voluntarily disclose information regarding the Factiva Group to any tax authority consistent with its obligations or policy with regards to tax matters.

  • Further, if fulfillment of a Paid Offering sold or licensed (as applicable) by means of a RIME MoR Transaction has been completed on receipt of a valid payment authorization, but is subsequently rejected or cancelled prior to settlement, it will not be treated as completed for the purposes of calculating payments due to Vendor.
