PAID DOWN TIME definition

PAID DOWN TIME means the time during which the chartered Crafts are not available for Port operations due to any reasons with prior permission obtained from GM(MS) and the daily hire rate is payable during this period. This period is for maintenance of the crafts so as to ensure smooth uninterrupted shipping movements.
PAID DOWN TIME means the time during which the 60T Battery Electric Green Tug owned by contractor, namely DC, VOCPA is/are not available for operations due to any reasons with prior permission obtained from VOCPA and the daily hire rate is payable during this period. This period is for maintenance of the tug to ensure smooth uninterrupted operations.

Related to PAID DOWN TIME

  • Down Time means the time period when specified services with specified technical and service standards are not available to user(s).

  • Service Down Time (SDT) means the time period when specified services with specified technical and operational requirements as mentioned in section titled “WARRANTY SUPPORT”” are not available to Gov. of W. Bengal and its user departments and organizations.

  • Calculation Time means 11:59 p.m. (Central time) on the Closing Date.

  • Quotation Time means the relevant time (if any) specified as such in the applicable Reference Rate Terms.

  • FX Business Day is any day when (a) Bank’s Foreign Exchange Department is conducting its normal business and (b) the Foreign Currency being purchased or sold by Borrower is available to Bank from the entity from which Bank shall buy or sell such Foreign Currency.
