PAIC definition

PAIC means PAiC BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, S.A, with main offices at Edificio World Trade Center, Marbella, local 3-A, planta baja, corregimiento ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Vista, Panama City, Both collectively referred to as the “parties”. By allowing the "I Agree to the terms and conditions of the End User Agreement" box to remain checked, or by using any PAiC Services, End User agrees to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, then uncheck the "I Accept" box and do not use PAiC Services. The "Agreement" also includes any PAiC policies or documents referenced in this document, including PAiC's internal Policies and Order Forms. From time to time, PAiC may modify this Agreement, including any referenced policies and other documents. Any modified version will be effective at the time it is posted. All order forms will be governed by the date of the accepted order form with the current Agreement in place. By using any Product or Service after any modifications, the End User agrees to all of the modifications.

  • Saltzman RIDER #1 This Rider forms a part of, and is incorporated in, the Reinsurance Pooling Agreement ("Agreement") between Penn-America Insurance Company ("PAIC") and its wholly owned subsidiary, Penn-Star Insurance Company ("PSIC").

  • PAIC (sometimes referred to as the "Pool Manager") shall pay all Losses of PSIC and collect all reinsurance on such Losses, it being understood and agreed, however, that PSIC at monthly intervals shall reimburse PAIC for its respective percentage of the Losses, as set forth in Article 5 herein, net of reinsurance collected from companies not a party to this Agreement with respect to all Policies of both parties.

  • Serve as an advisor to the local coalition and participate in the PAIC on an ongoing basis.

  • The appropriate officers of PAIC and PSIC shall determine the methods and procedures, including accounting transactions, by which the terms of this Agreement shall be performed by and on behalf of the parties hereto.

  • PAIC shall also initially set and maintain PSIC's Case and IBNR reserves, as well as unearned premium reserves (using the semi-monthly pro rata method), in its capacity as Pool Manager, subject to review and approval by PSIC.

  • Acquiror shall have received the CMFG Life Facility Termination and Release, executed by CMFG Life, ▇▇▇ and PAIC irrevocably releasing ▇▇▇ and PAIC from all obligations under the CMFG Life Facility.
