The PAGA Settlement Payment is to be calculated by dividing the 25% portion of the PAGA Settlement Amount by the total number of Credited Pay Periods during the PAGA Period, and multiplying that number by each Aggrieved Employee’s Credited Pay Periods during the PAGA Period.
Individual Settlement Payments will consist of the amount to be paid to each Class Member as a Class Member Payment and the PAGA Settlement Payment if the Class Member is also an Aggrieved Employee.
