PAGA Settlement Payment definition

PAGA Settlement Payment means $30,000.000, the total amount of PAGA
PAGA Settlement Payment means the portion of the PAGA Payment which shall be paid to Class Members and which shall be distributed proportionally to class members using the Payment Ratio.
PAGA Settlement Payment means the portion of the PAGA Settlement Amount allocated and distributable to each PAGA Settlement Member as calculated pursuant to Section II.27. PAGA Settlement Members will receive their PAGA Settlement Payment regardless of whether they return a Claim Form to become a Qualified Collective Member.
