PAFAM definition

PAFAM means the Project administrative, financial and accounting manual, outlining the administrative, financial and accounting arrangements for the implementation of the Project, to be adopted by the Recipient pursuant to Section 5.01 (b) of this Agreement as the same may be amended by agreement of the Parties from time to time, and such term includes any schedules to the PAFAM.

  • Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the PIM, including the PAFAM, and except as the Association shall otherwise agree, not amend, abrogate, waive, or permit to be amended, abrogated, or waived, the aforementioned, or any provision of either one thereof, without the prior written agreement of the Association.

  • The Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the PIM and the PAFAM, and shall not amend, abrogate, repeal, suspend, waive, or otherwise fail to enforce, or permit to be amended, abrogated, repealed, suspended or waived, the PIM or the PAFAM or any provision thereof without the prior written approval of the Association.

  • The Recipient shall adopt a Project Administrative, Financial and Accounting Manual (PAFAM), in form and substance satisfactory to the Association, setting out detailed administrative, financial, and accounting for the implementation of the Project.

  • Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall apply the criteria, policies, procedures and arrangements set out in the PIM and the PAFAM.

  • The Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the PIM and the PAFAM, and shall not, except as the Association shall otherwise agree, amend or waive any provision thereof which, in the opinion of the Association, may adversely and materially affect the implementation of the Project.
