PAF Indicator definition
PAF Indicator means a condition to be met by the Borrower for certain Loan disbursements to take place, namely that the Borrower has complied with the Pluriannual Financing Plan, measured by the financial debt/current net income ratio, as well as ceilings for expenditures on personnel, as published in the Borrower’s official gazette.
