PACM definition

PACM means Presumed Asbestos Containing Material.
PACM means "presumed asbestos containing material". "Presumed Asbestos Containing Material" means thermal system insulation and surfacing material found in buildings constructed no later than 1980. The designation of a material as "PACM" may be rebutted pursuant to paragraph (k)(4) of this section.
PACM means thermal system insulation, sprayed on or troweled on surfacing material and debris in work areas where such material is present.

Purchaser agrees that Seller shall have no liability or responsibility to take or for failure to take any action to comply with such laws, rules, regulations, ordinances or orders and shall have no liability to Purchaser for claims or causes of action asserted by third parties against Purchaser in any way arising out of or relating to the presence of lead based paint or asbestos containing materials in or on the Property as of the Closing Date.
