Packing Specification definition

Packing Specification means the latest version of the packing specification relating to each Product as provided by the Supplier, or as amended from time to time pursuant to Section 7.1 or 7.2 (as applicable) and held on the Supplier’s system for approved artwork, which may contain information regarding Labels, pack design, box size and shape, contact lens blister packs and associated labelling and any other details or information regarding the packaging or labelling for any Product;
Packing Specification means the specification according to which the Contract products shall be packaged by Supplier. The Packing Specification shall be attached to the respective Individual Agreement.
Packing Specification means the specification according to which the Products shall be packed and labelled by TANISYS using the material as specified in the "Packing specification", which is part of the "Processing specification".

Examples of Packing Specification in a sentence

  • The Supplier will affix all Labels to the Products in accordance with the Packing Specification.

  • The Supplier will not be responsible for loss suffered by the Customer which results from the Labels or labelling of the Products except in so far as such loss arises directly as a result of a failure to comply with the Packing Specification.

  • The Supplier may change the design, materials, mode of manufacture, specifications, production, packaging, Packing Specification or any other element of any Product.

  • If a Competent Authority requires amendments to the design of the Packing Specification, the Supplier will make such changes and notify the Customer in writing thereafter but without needing the Customer’s consent.

  • The Supplier will give reasonable written notice to the Customer (including by email) of any change made under this Section 7.1. 7.2 For Private Label Products, the Customer will only change the Packing Specification with the prior written agreement of the Supplier (and such agreement may require payment by the Customer of the Supplier’s costs caused by such change and other reasonable conditions).

More Definitions of Packing Specification

Packing Specification means the specification and documentation according to which the CONTRACT PRODUCTS shall be packed by SUPPLIER, an example of which is attached hereto as Schedule 2. SUPPLIER has provided all of the respective specifications and documentation relating to each CONTRACT PRODUCT prior to the date of this AGREEMENT, or prior to the date of any purchase order for the CONTRACT PRODUCT.
Packing Specification means the specification for Placebo and Product ready for delivery to AstraZeneca;
Packing Specification means the specification and documentation attached hereto as Annex 2 according to which the Contract Products shall be packaged by Supplier.
