Nutrano may consult with the Grower and amend the harvest plan at its discretion, and the Grower will comply with the amended harvest plan to the extent it is reasonably able to do so by harvesting and delivering Produce to the Packing Shed according to the harvest schedule, and otherwise provide as much notice as practicable to Nutrano if it considers it cannot comply.
