Packing Instructions means instructions provided by the Client to Viterra to provide particular Services, to be accepted by Viterra or not in Viterra’s absolute discretion. Party means, depending on the context, Viterra or the Client and Parties means both of them. Examples of Packing Instructions in a sentence

  • Any specific fumigation requirements to be declared in Packing Instructions (see Clause 2) and (unless mutually agreed otherwise) shall be at the Buyer’s expense.
