Packaging Specification definition

Packaging Specification means Adaptec's standard packaging process and format for each respective Product as set forth in Adaptec's applicable standard assembly specification as may be amended from time to time by Adaptec, including without limitation the use and placement of Adaptec stickers and logos on such packaging.

Examples of Packaging Specification in a sentence

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing or as set forth in the Packaging Specification, all Products will be packed and shipped in accordance with Adaptec's normal practices.

  • If AlgoRx subsequently notifies PowderJect of its acceptance of such change in the Pilot Plant Cylinder Cost, Cylinder Cost, or out-of-pocket cost, PowderJect shall agree to modify the Gas Cylinder Specification, Packaging Specification, or Acceptance Tests.
