Packaging Material Specifications means the technical specifications for the Packaging Materials, including the layout of the Artwork as determined by EMS (as per cutlines provided by SONOMA) and communicated to SONOMA from time-to-time, or other packaging materials specifications as may be approved by ANVISA.
