Packaging Fees. As a consideration for ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo SBA Lending making this conditional approval, a non-refundable packaging fee of $1,000 must be received.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the parties agree that any Order that is for [***] units of a Product or more shall not be adjusted as to price per each Product by a request under such Order for multiple packaging of such Products but RB will pay any applicable Packaging Fees for such Order.

  • Amounts payable to Halo for such services contributing to the fulfillment of the Quarterly Minimum (e.g., Price and Packaging Fees under this Agreement) are collectively referred to as “Contributing Expenses”.

  • Packaging Fees for packaging, loading and stowage on wagons or trucks are included in the price, unless stipulated otherwise on the Order.

  • In the event this Agreement is extended or renewed, the Packaging Fees are subject to adjustment once per Contract Year by mutual written agreement.
