Packaging Fee definition

Packaging Fee means the fee paid to the Manufacturer for Packaging pursuant to Section 6.1 of this Agreement.
Packaging Fee means the per-unit fee for the Packaging of Product payable by Client to Halo and set forth on Schedule A in the column so labeled, as the same may be adjusted in accordance with this Agreement.
Packaging Fee shall be collectively the Bottling Fee and the Repack Fee payable to Boston Beer for its services hereunder as set forth in Section 5.1 and Schedule D.

Examples of Packaging Fee in a sentence

  • Manufacturer and Sharp shall execute an amended Exhibit B to this Agreement to adjust the Packaging Fee for the upcoming year as mutually agreed to in accordance with this Section 5.1(a).

  • Halo also reserves the right to revise the Price and Packaging Fee if this Agreement is substantially amended after the Effective Date, subject to Client’s written consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

  • Halo shall invoice Client for the Price and any applicable Packaging Fee for Product on the date on which Halo notifies Client that the applicable Product is released by Halo’s quality assurance department.

Packaging Fee means the per-unit fee for the Packaging of Product payable by Client to
Packaging Fee means the amount set forth in Schedule D hereto, which Schedule may be modified from time to time at the sole discretion of the Supplier, provided that any modifications comply with all legal requirements of the jurisdiction in which Distributor and the Cannabis Centers operate.

Related to Packaging Fee

  • Marketing Fee means the fee payable to the Marketer for services it provides to the Trust, which the Sponsor shall pay the Marketer as a Sponsor-paid Expense.

  • Dispensing Fee means the amount paid for the professional services provided by the pharmacist for dispensing a prescription. The Dispensing Fee does not include any payment for the drugs being dispensed.

  • Handling Fee means the fee payable per Ticket transaction or order, charged in addition to the Face Value of the Ticket, for the processing and delivery of Tickets in that transaction or order (including United Kingdom value added tax thereon);

  • Processing Fee means the amount to be paid by the Tenderers in consideration of cost of bid document.

  • Structuring Fee shall have the meaning specified in the Fee Letter.
