Packaging Design definition

Packaging Design means the packaging design(s) for the Products as provided by Licensor from time to time.
Packaging Design means the design of the packaging used to package the Products and includes the shape of the packaging as well as graphics, images and branding (whether or not such branding is registered as a trade ▇▇▇▇) which appear on the packaging; Packaging Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property rights in the Packaging Design; Premises means Supplier’s premises;
