Packaged Solution definition

Packaged Solution means a customer solution that (i) is intended to be used for such customer’s internal business operations (“End User Customer”) and not to be further distributed or sold and (ii) includes significant value add from products and/or services of Participant that are in addition to the applicable Authorized Products.
