Examples of Packaged Services in a sentence

  • In the event that any services specified in the Order for one or more Packaged Services Offerings are not completed within the specified service term, those incomplete services are forfeited, unless mutually agreed upon by both Parties in writing prior to the expiration of the relevant Order term.

  • For clarity, any such approval by the Independent Directors (including any revenue share, Negotiated Fee Rate or other value allocation approved by the Independent Directors) shall apply only to the specific Packaged Services expressly identified in writing in such approval.

  • Licensee shall pay any and all fees as detailed in the applicable Order for , Hosting Services and HCL Infrastructure, Managed Services, Professional Services, Packaged Services and any other additional services provided.

  • HCL warrants that any services that it or its Affiliates or contractors provides under this Addendum, or any applicable SOW or Packaged Services Description will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.

  • HCL shall perform the services as specified in the relevant SOW or Packaged Services Description (each a “Service” and together the “Services”) pursuant to the contractual terms set forth below in this Paragraph.

  • HCL hereby grants to Licensee, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non- sublicensable, limited license under any HCL intellectual property rights in and to the Deliverables to utilize such Deliverables as contemplated in the applicable SOW or Packaged Services Description.

Related to Packaged Services

  • Finished Services means complete end-to-end services offered by CenturyLink to wholesale customers or retail End User Customers. Finished Services do not include Unbundled Network Elements or combinations of Unbundled Network Elements. Finished Services include Access Services, private lines, retail services, and resold services.

  • Managed Services means the services provided by a Client to End Users using the SaaS and Client’s intellectual capital and/or additional services supplied by Client.

  • Service Territory means the geographic area within which PG&E as a Utility Distribution Company is authorized and required to provide electric transmission and distribution service.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order: (a) the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, the Program Documentation, the Oracle service descriptions, and the Oracle Corporate Security Practices; (b) Oracle’s privacy policies; and (c) any other Oracle documents that are referenced in or incorporated into Your order. The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired under Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies and Program Documentation. The following do not apply to any Oracle- provided Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies.
