Package Trade definition

Package Trade means a Trade involving two or more instruments: that is executed between two or more counterparties; that is priced or quoted as one economic transaction with simultaneous or near simultaneous execution of all components; and where the execution of each component is contingent upon the execution of all other components.
Package Trade means, when a Clearing Participant applies for Clearing of a voluntary combination of multiple Eligible IRS Transactions in bulk, the group of relevant Eligible IRS Transactions.
