Package Order definition

Package Order means an order priced as a single unit:
Package Order means an AIOI priced as a single unit: (a) for the purpose of executing an exchange for physical; or (b) in two or more Instruments for the purpose of executing a Package Transaction.
Package Order has the meaning given to it in Appendix 1 of Schedule 3B

Examples of Package Order in a sentence

  • If purchased online, the Client Summary includes the information contained in the Package Order Receipt and corresponding Invoice.

  • No Work Package Order will be legally binding on Natural England until both parties authorised signatories have duly signed such Work Package Order.

  • Method of ordering Natural England shall be entitled at any time during the term of this Framework Agreement to order Goods and/or Services from the Contractor by issuing a Work Package Order for the supply of such Goods or Services.

  • Where Natural England or the Contractor see the need for including an additional term in any Work Package Order, either party may at any time request such term by sending written notice thereof to the other party prior to the placing of a Work Package Order.

  • The format for any information or documents relating to a specific Package Order will be stated in the Scope relating to the specific Package Order.

  • The parties shall discuss any term requested by either party, but no term shall become part of the Work Package Order to which it relates unless agreed by both parties.

  • Any decision by the Employer and the acceptance of any request is without prejudice to the decision of any Council with regard to acceptance of any request in relation to any Package Order with the Supplier instructed under the contract prior to the change.

  • The terms and conditions relating to a Work Package Order shall comprise all of the clauses and schedules of this Framework Agreement and the provisions of the Work Package Order, including any terms included in the Work Package Order pursuant to the clause below.

  • The Consultant’s liability to the Employer for indirect or consequential loss is limited to 10% of the individual Package Order value • The Consultant’s liability to the Employer for Defects that are not found until after the defects date is limited to £1,000,000.

  • In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between any term of a Work Package Order and any provisions of the clauses or schedules, the term in the Work Package Order shall prevail, but only in relation to the Goods or Services supplied under the relevant Work Package Order in which such terms are contained.


More Definitions of Package Order

Package Order means an order entered into between the Authority and the ODP in the form set out in Part B or Part C of Appendix 5 in relation to Infrastructure Services (based on the Conditions of Contract for Infrastructure Services) or Part B of Appendix 6 (based on the Conditions of Contract for Infrastructure Works) of this Schedule 3B for the performance of the ODP Infrastructure Works in accordance with the relevant Conditions of Contract.

Related to Package Order

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time. The Contract Specifications appear on the Website.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Manufacturing Facility means buildings and structures, including machinery and equipment, the primary purpose of which is or will be the manufacture of tangible goods or materials or the processing of such goods or materials by physical or chemical change.

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;

  • Purchase Order means the form or format a Customer uses to make a purchase under the Contract (e.g., a formal written purchase order, electronic purchase order, procurement card, contract or other authorized means).
