Package Holiday means a "package" as defined in:

Package Holiday means the combination of at least two different types of travel services for the purpose of the same trip or holiday (i.e.: 1. the carriage of passengers; 2. the provision of accommodation which is not part of the carriage of passengers and is not intended for residential purposes or long-term language courses; 3. the rental of cars, motorcycles or other vehicles requiring a category A driving licence; 4. any other travel service not part of a travel service within the meaning of paragraph 1, 2 or 3, and is not a financial or insurance service, or “ancillary travel services”). Such a holiday is considered package holiday if at least one of the following conditions occurs:

Package Holiday means a Service as defined in section 3.6 of these General Terms and Conditions. 'Rules and Restrictions' means the terms and conditions applicable to the Suppliers with whom the Customer has concluded a separate contract (such as airlines’ conditions of carriage, individual train operating companies’ terms and conditions plus the National Rail Conditions of Travel – any references to the National Rail Conditions of Carriage on the Website refers to the National Rail Conditions of Carriage).

Examples of Package Holiday in a sentence

  • If we do not hear from you within this timeframe, we shall send a reminder to you, following which we shall be entitled to terminate the WTL Dynamic Package Holiday and provide you with a refund.

  • If you decide to take an alternative WTL or other Package Holiday, we will inform you of its impact on the price of your booking.

  • B.4.3 We may not give you any of the above options in the event that a change to the purchased WTL Dynamic Package Holiday is a minor change.

  • B.9.2 When you buy an ATOL protected flight inclusive WTL Dynamic Package Holiday from us you will receive an ATOL Certificate.
