PACE Lien definition

PACE Lien means a lien on benefited property imposed by the Municipality in connection with levying a PACE Betterment Assessment on such benefitted property, in accordance with the provisions of the PACE Act and Chapter 80.
PACE Lien means the non-accelerating lien placed on a PACE property in

PACE Lien means the [Notice of PACE Betterment Assessment] filed by the Municipality on the Property, as instructed by MassDevelopment in accordance with the provisions of the Assessment Agreement.
PACE Lien means a Lien securing any assessment, bond, loan, financing, or other debt incurred pursuant to “property assessed clean energy,” “special energy financing district,” or similar Laws.
PACE Lien means the non-accelerating lien placed on a PACE property in accordance with Chapter 39-26.5 of the Rhode Island General Laws and the rules and regulations promulgated by the RIIB thereunder, in order to secure the repayment of a PACE assessment made in connection with that PACE property and to secure the repayment of each PACE assessment to be made by that PACE property owner as each assessment comes due.
PACE Lien means a Lien securing PACE Financing.
