PACE Funds definition
PACE Funds means the funds advanced under Energy Project Cooperative Agreement among the City of Canton, Ohio, the Canton Regional Energy Special Improvement District, Inc., CFE and PACE EQUITY LLC dated December 15, 2021.
PACE Funds. As defined in the Recitals. Permitted Exceptions: Defects, liens and encumbrances, and other items affecting title to the Land and shown on Exhibit D attached hereto. Person: Means any individual, sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation, business trust, joint stock company, trust, unincorporated organization, association, limited liability company, institution, public benefit corporation, joint venture, entity or governmental body.
