PA Party definition

PA Party means either the City or Project Co, as the context requires.
PA Party has the meaning specified in Section 2.19(e).
PA Party has the meaning given in Schedule 6 - Independent Certifier Agreement.

  • Failure by any PA Party or the Independent Certifier to enforce a provision of this Agreement will not be construed as a waiver by that PA Party or the Independent Certifier of any right in respect of that provision, or any other provisions of this Agreement.

  • The Independent Engineer agrees that either PA Party or any of their respective authorized representatives or agents may, at the relevant PA Party’s expense, examine the Independent Engineer’s books and records that relate to the Role and this Agreement.

  • of a Party means any corporation or other business entity controlled by, controlling or under common control with, such Party. For this purpose "control" shall mean direct or indirect beneficial ownership of more than fifty percent (50%) of the voting securities or income interest in such corporation or other business, or if not meeting the preceding requirements, any company owned or controlled by or owning or controlling such Party at the maximum control or ownership right permitted in the country where such company exists.

  • a Party means the individual parties to the Agreement, that is either the Republic of India or the Kingdom of Thailand;
