PA Material definition

PA Material means any content supplied to you by PA via ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇/ the “Website” You do not have the right to withdraw from a transaction once delivery of the PA Material has started at which point your transaction is final unless you have received an unusable image in which case please contact us on ▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇ and we will arrange to resend the material.

PA Material means any material produced by PA under this Agreement including the Image Content and the Video Content (as applicable), excluding the Customer Material; “Project” means the project to be provided by PA to the Agency or End Client as part of the Services on an agreed date(s) and as described in more detail in the Commercial Terms; ““Rushes” means all the content captured by PA on the day of the Project, un- graded, cut down, exported or manipulated in any way; and “Video Content” means the agreed edited video content footage of a duration decided by PA, in its discretion, which is filmed and produced by PA as part of the video services and which may include music, voiceover, sub- titles, graphics or effects, excluding the Rushes.

Examples of PA Material in a sentence

  • You will provide reasonable assistance to PA to mitigate any claim arising out of PA Material.

  • Permitted Users may distribute printed versions of such PA Material to relevant employees, consultants and officers of the Customer.

  • In addition, you will comply with any credit requirements expressly notified to you in the caption to any PA Material, in the Licence or otherwise by PA.

  • If PA does decide not to distribute the PA Material, PA may agree in its absolute discretion to refund to the Agency or End Client the applicable portion of the Charges (less any costs incurred by PA) paid in respect of such distribution only (and not, for the avoidance of doubt, for any other part of the Charges).

  • The purpose of these advisories and corrections is to make users of the PA Material aware of relevant information about stories that have been or are carried in the PA Material, and compliance with them forms part of the General Terms & Conditions of use of the PA Material.

  • Except as expressly provided, the Customer may not include any PA Material on any Customer intranet (even if such intranet is only accessible to employees, consultants and officers of the Customer).
