P5 means the Portland’5 Centers for the Arts, located in Portland, Oregon owned by the City and operated by Metro (formerly known as the Portland Center for the Performing Arts or PCPA), which includes the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Concert Hall, the ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Auditorium and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Hall.
