P4 Consumption definition

P4 Consumption has the meaning given to that term in the P4 Hedge.
P4 Consumption means, in any Calculation Period, the quantity of electricity (measured in Units) consumed on P4 at the Grid Reference Point by Party A.

Examples of P4 Consumption in a sentence

  • Party A shall provide to Party B as soon as practicable after the end of each Month reconciliation information (as defined in the Code) for P4 Consumption information and information from the P4 check meters in respect of each half hour of the previous Month.

  • Party A shall ensure that such real time P4 Consumption information is at least as accurate as that which Party A uses for its own purposes.

  • Party A shall maintain a documented metering protocol ("P4 Consumption Metering Protocols") to govern the metering arrangements for recording consumption on P4 and the process for calculating P4 Consumption.

  • Subject to paragraph6.3, the Effective Date is the start of the first Calculation Period falling at least 2 Business Days after the EA Amendment Date during which P4 Consumption is more than zero Units.

  • Party A shall establish and maintain systems to provide Party B, at no cost, with real time P4 Consumption information, and provide such information to Party B at no cost for the duration of the Term.

  • The joint investigation group shall report its findings to the Parties and recommend remedial actions which may or may not include testing of meters or recommending adjustment of payments made and the basis to be used for billing purposes until the circumstances giving rise to any inaccuracy of the P4 Meter Information for P4 Consumption can be rectified.

  • If either Party considers that P4 Consumption in one or more Calculation Periods as recorded in the P4 Meter Information is not an accurate measure of P4 Consumption in those Calculation Periods, then each Party shall make all relevant information (including NZAS’ Check Metering Data) available to a joint investigation group (to be comprised of appropriate representatives of both Parties) to be established by the Parties.

  • If the Parties fail to agree on an aspect of their response to the issue of whether the P4 Meter Information for P4 Consumption is an accurate measure of consumption at P4 in any Calculation Period, then the Parties will (or either Party may) refer thematter for resolution by a jointly agreed independent expert whose decision on the matter will be final and binding.

  • In addition to entering this Transaction, the parties intend to make amendments to the Electricity Agreement to, among other things, exclude P4 Consumption from “Consumption” under the Electricity Agreement.

  • Consumption of a chemical means its conversion into another chemical via a chemical reaction.

  • estimated consumption means the consumption that a customer, whose consumption is not measured during a specific period, is deemed to have consumed and that is estimated by taking into account factors that are considered relevant by the Municipality and which may include the consumption of municipal services by the totality of the users of a service within the area where the service is rendered by the Municipality, at the appropriate level of service, for a specific time;

  • Human consumption means the use of water for drinking, bathing or showering, hand washing, oral hygiene, or cooking, including, but not limited to, preparing food and washing dishes.

  • average consumption means the average consumption of a customer of a municipal service during a specific period, and is calculated by dividing the total measured consumption of that municipal service by that customer over the preceding three months by three;

  • Actual consumption means the measured consumption by a customer of a municipal service;

  • Declared Monthly Consumption means the Declared Monthly Consumption set out in the Acceptance Form for Electricity Supply.

  • Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.

  • Consumption Data means customer specific electric usage data, or weather adjusted data, including but not limited to kW, kWh, voltage, var, power factor, and other information that is recorded by the electric meter for the Company and stored in its systems. Consumption Data also includes payment and service history, account number, and amount billed.

  • plant products means products of plant origin, unprocessed or having undergone simple preparation in so far as these are not plants, set out in Annex IV-A, Part 3 to this Agreement;

  • Fuel means any solid, liquid or gaseous combustible material;

  • Sewage sludge weight means the weight of sewage sludge, in dry U.S. tons, including admixtures such as liming materials or bulking agents. Monitoring frequencies for sewage sludge parameters are based on the reported sludge weight generated in a calendar year (use the most recent calendar year data when the NPDES permit is up for renewal).

  • Production Area means that part of the animal feeding operation that includes the animal confinement area, the manure storage area, the raw materials storage area, and the waste containment areas. The animal confinement area includes, but is not limited to, open lots, housed lots, feedlots, confinement houses, stall barns, free stall barns, milkrooms, milking centers, egg washing or egg processing areas, areas used for the storage and disposal/treatment of mortalities, cowyards, barnyards, medication pens, walkers, animal walkways, and stables. The manure storage area includes, but is not limited to, lagoons, runoff ponds, storage sheds, stockpiles, under-house or pit storages, liquid impoundments, static piles, and composting piles. The raw materials storage area includes, but is not limited to, feed silos, and silage bunkers. The waste containment area includes, but is not limited to, settling basins and areas within berms and diversions which separate uncontaminated stormwater.

  • Bulk mixing plant means machinery, appliances or other similar devices that are assembled in such a manner so as to be able to mix materials in bulk for the purposes of using the mixed product for construction work;

  • Biomass means the biodegradable fraction of products, waste and residues from biological origin from agriculture (including vegetal and animal substances), forestry and related industries including fisheries and aquaculture, as well as the biodegradable fraction of industrial and municipal waste;

  • Taximeter means any device for calculating the fare to be charged in respect of any journey in a hackney carriage or private hire vehicle by reference to the distance travelled or time elapsed since the start of the journey, or a combination of both; and

  • Geothermal fluid means water in any form at temperatures greater than 120

  • Bulk gasoline terminal means a gasoline storage facility which receives gasoline from its supply source primarily by pipeline, ship, or barge, and delivers gasoline to bulk gasoline plants or to commercial or retail accounts primarily by tank truck; and has an average daily throughput of more than 76,000 liters (20,000 gallons) of gasoline.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • generating plant means the generating facility described in Schedule 1 as amended from time to time;

  • low voltage means the set of nominal voltage levels that are used for the distribution of electricity and whose upper limit is generally accepted to be an a.c. voltage of 1000V ( or a d.c. voltage of 1500 V). [SANS 1019]

  • Finished water means the water that is introduced into the distribution system of a public water system and is intended for distribution and consumption without further treatment, except as treatment necessary to maintain water quality in the distribution system (e.g., booster disinfection, addition of corrosion control chemicals).

  • Sediment means solid material, mineral or organic, that is in suspension, is being transported, or has been moved from its site of origin by air, water or gravity as a product of erosion.

  • Gasification means the substoichiometric oxidation or steam reformation of a substance to produce a gaseous mixture containing two or more of the following: (i) oxides of carbon; (ii) methane; and (iii) hydrogen;

  • Finished Services means complete end-to-end services offered by Qwest to wholesale customers or retail End User Customers. Finished Services do not include Unbundled Network Elements or combinations of Unbundled Network Elements. Finished Services include Access Services, private lines, retail services, and resold services.

  • Postproduction means an activity related to the finishing or duplication of a medium described in Subsection 59-12-104(54)(a).
