P0I definition
P0I means a physical location at which the Parties' networks meet for the purpose of establishing interconnection. POIs include a number of different technologies and technical interfaces based on the Parties' mutual agreement.

Price Category means the price category and associated eligibility criteria referred to in Schedule 7 that determine the Price(s) that apply to an ICP;
Primer means a coating labeled and formulated for application to a substrate to provide a firm bond between the substrate and subsequent coats.
Contract Number means, with respect to any Contract included in the Trust, the number assigned to such Contract by the Servicer, which number is set forth in the related Schedule of Contracts.
Unit Price Table means the table of prices per unit set out in the Contract;
Emission Summary Table means the table prepared in accordance with O. Reg. 419/05 and the Procedure Document listing the appropriate Point of Impingement concentrations of each Compound of Concern from the Facility and providing comparison to the corresponding Ministry Point of Impingement Limit or Maximum Concentration Level Assessment.
