P ledge Agreement definition

P ledge Agreement means, collectively, each Pledge Agreement, the form and substance of which are satisfactory to Lender, executed and delivered by each Borrower that owns Stock of a Subsidiary of Parent.
P ledge Agreement means that certain Pledge Agreement dated as of the Amendment Date from Pledgor for the benefit of Lender.”

Related to P ledge Agreement

  • Pledge Agreement means the Pledge Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, by and among the Company, the Collateral Agent, the Custodial Agent, the Securities Intermediary and the Agent, on its own behalf and as attorney-in-fact for the Holders from time to time of the Units.

  • Borrower Pledge Agreement means the Pledge Agreement of even date herewith executed by Borrower in favor of Agent, on behalf of itself and Lenders, pledging all Stock of its Subsidiaries, if any, and all Intercompany Notes owing to or held by it.

  • Pledge Agreements means the Holdings Pledge Agreement, the Borrower Pledge Agreement and any other pledge agreement entered into after the Closing Date by any Credit Party (as required by the Agreement or any other Loan Document).
